At Vidyajyoti, the counselling process is simple, transparent, and completely online. Students submit all their previous school and college information through our online portal. Our expert team reviews the details and provides personalised guidance on course and college selection. Updates regarding counselling sessions, selection status, and college allotment are communicated directly to students via Email, WhatsApp, or phone call. Once a candidate is successfully selected, the allotted college and course details are confirmed, ensuring a smooth admission process. Vidyajyoti ensures that every student receives timely guidance and complete support, making their journey from application to admission seamless and hassle-free.

Counselling & Scholarship Process

किसी भी धर्म अथवा जाति के विद्यार्थी — SC/ST/OBC/Gen./Minority/Financially Backward — को उनके द्वारा चुने गए कोर्स के अनुसार College Tuition Fee में 100% तक छात्रवृत्ति (40,000 रुपये से 75,000 रुपये तक) का लाभ प्रति वर्ष दिया जाता है, अर्थात 90 हज़ार से 2 लाख 50 हज़ार तक का सीधा लाभ।

Vidyajyoti द्वारा Scholarship Order Letter एडमिशन के समय विद्यार्थियों को दिया जाता है और उनकी फीस कॉलेज में जमा करा दी जाती है।

Vidyajyoti Scholarship योजना का लाभ उठाने हेतु सबसे पहले आपको Vidyajyoti के Website 🌐 www.vidyajyoti.org.in पर निःशुल्क ऑनलाइन फ़ॉर्म भरना आवश्यक है।

फ़ॉर्म भरने के बाद अपना Application Receipt और Counselling Letter अवश्य डाउनलोड कर लें।

Vidyajyoti द्वारा आयोजित काउंसलिंग में सभी आवेदकों को अपने पेरेंट्स के साथ उपस्थित होना अनिवार्य है।

काउंसलिंग के समय विद्यार्थियों को Colleges List दिया जाएगा और Scholarship Scheme, Courses, Placements, Hostel, Scholarship Amount एवं अन्य जानकारियाँ विस्तृत रूप से दी जाएँगी।

काउंसलिंग के समय विद्यार्थी स्वयं अपनी इच्छा अनुसार Colleges/Courses एवं Branch का चयन कर सकते हैं या Vidyajyoti के Counsellors से मार्गदर्शन भी प्राप्त कर सकते हैं।

आपकी पढ़ाई का पूरा खर्च Vidyajyoti अपनी Scholarship योजना के अंतर्गत वहन करेगी।

Documents Required at Time of Counselling

• Class 10th Marksheet & Certificate – Proof of secondary education.
• Class 12th Marksheet & Certificate – Proof of higher secondary education.
• Transfer Certificate (TC) / School Leaving Certificate (SLC) – From previous institution.
• Passport-size Photographs – 4–6 copies for admission forms and ID cards.
• Proof of Identity – Aadhaar card, Passport, Voter ID, or PAN card.
• Address Proof – Aadhaar, Passport, Ration Card, or Utility Bill.
• Category Certificate – SC/ST/OBC/Minority (if claiming reservation or scholarship).
• Income Certificate – For scholarship eligibility (if applicable).
• Medical / Health Certificate – Basic health information (if required by college).
• Any Other Relevant Certificates – Sports, NCC, or extracurricular achievements (if applicable).
